"Dear Water Specialist,
I waited until today to send you feedback on our experience with the Water Specialist as I wanted to get the results of our laboratory testing on our water post the installation of the arsenic filtration system. I just heard today that we got a non detect which is a great relief. We will get the full report in about a week. We spoke with 4 different vendors including (3 competitors) and an online vendor whose name I can’t remember at the moment. You were hands down the most knowledgeable about water treatment in general and the arsenic system in specific. With the exception of the online vendor, who was disqualified due to poor reviews, you were also the most cost effective solution which is a rare combination. Your technician was fantastic. He was clearly very experienced and did a beautiful installation. He went above and beyond the call by answering some questions about a completely unrelated shower drain issue. My only issues with the system at this point are the taste of the water which is not as good as before the system was installed and some faucet clogging that seems to have been caused by debris from the filter media or as part of the installation but we are getting those resolved by our plumber. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend the Water Specialist to anyone. Thanks for the good service."

I am Emailing as requested in a postcard about my recent filtration system for iron that Ron installed in Oct. I am very impressed, esp. w/ your followup. A technician was here Friday (13 Nov) checking the chemical levels in the new filter. (The technician) was out in March replacing (rebuilding) my 20 yr old well and was urging me then to get the system for the iron problem. Not only is he a good salesman, but a very good installer, too. My water is so clear now I am very pleased w/ the new system, (the technician) and the Water Specialist. "Hi,
We are very satisfied with the systems and with the service installation. Technicians were clean, courteous, and professional. All work was completed as expected including a small misunderstanding on a faucet install. It was not clearly written up on the service order, but they were able to complete the work.

Also an upgrade faucet was not available; a temp faucet was installed and a new one brought out a couple weeks later. This was done on the technicians initiative and with no complaints. We hope future service and maintenance goes as well."
