I had a consult on April 16, 2009 for a water filtration system.  I think the consult was with (name?) and he was very friendly and thorough, and he took the time to explain the diagnosis and remedy to me in a professional and courteous manner.  I appreciate feeling valued as a customer and that my input was considered during our discussion.
 
(The technicians) installed my system on April 18, 2009.  They were courteous and professional and they worked efficiently. They gave me a timeframe for the work and they finished within that timeframe. I love my new system and I feel that they explained to me the changes in my water that I could expect and they were spot on.  
 
Overall, as a client, the three aspects of my experience that stand out the most are 1) the professional and courteous staff, 2) the cost structure which was inclusive of labor (i.e., labor was not added separately but included in the quote I received during my consult), and 3) the price quoted is the price I paid with no additional or unexpected costs.  
 
Before I called the Water Specialist, I solicited recommendations from my neighborhood listserve.  I then checked the BBB and the deciding factor for me was the A+ rating.  I definitely made the right choice.

...Although this system cost me more than I thought it would, I can't say enough about the quality of our water now. There are no more yellow stains or scaling, and the water smells and tastes good. It is also nice to be able to get water to drink and cook with from the faucet instead of either buying water or using the filter on the fridge. As you can imagine, that was time consuming and inconvenient. I was dismayed to have to add a pH stabilizer to the whole works, but in the end, I guess it is for the best. As to the technicians, they were efficient, and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with you..."
